1
Individual Executive Coaching Engagement
One on one coaching engagements with Business Leaders. People who can benefit from this structure include CEO’s leading high growth companies, or approaching imminent exits or acquisitions, or C level executives looking to transition to alternative roles, as well as individuals seeking to take the leap and launch into entrepreneurial endeavors.
2
High Performance Organizational Engagement
This structure is tailored for high growth organizations and provides a comprehensive approach to equipping senior leadership with tools, practices and distinctions for building and sustaining a truly high performance culture. A culture distinguished by it’s capacity to grow and strengthen it’s relational core, (or culture), as the company continues to scale.
"In this moment, am I choosing to act in concert with my core commitments? Or am I choosing to act in concert with my circumstances?"

Gabriel Philosophy and Approach
Gabriel Consulting believes that the most enduringly successful companies are those in which all organizational members -- employees and executive alike -- bring innovation, excitement, and creativity to their work. Our consulting practice is focused on building durable and sustainable foundations of relationships upon which dynamic and bold outcomes can be fully manifested.
Gabriel’s approach is built upon two fundamental assertions. The first, is that within any social system -- whether the social system is a business, a team, an ensemble, etc -- the quality of relationships, and the quality of communication within relationships, will either accelerate or thwart excellence, performance and progress. Gabriel provides tools structures, distinctions and practices that when embraced and engaged, enable teams to build and sustain high-quality relationships that form the foundation for powerful, highly collaborative and productive cultures.
The second assertion is that the most salient and observable component of a high-performing organizational environment could be described as follows: In high performing environments, people relate to themselves, and to the others in the environment (first and foremost) as their core commitments. Their values. The things that matter most to them. And they’ve invested the time in the relationships to know what each other’s core values are. This is often referred to as a commitment based culture vs. a culture based on personality, sentiment, opinion or anything other than core commitment. Gabriel’s consulting approach starts from this fundamental premise, and builds from there.
