Richard Hill has engaged directly with over 450 CEO's and their executive team's since 1988.

The focus of his work is on creating dynamic, high-performance leadership teams, and equipping senior leaders to create and sustain high performing work cultures through transformational coaching and leadership development. He has extensive experience with entrepreneurial, high growth companies through multiple stages of growth and development -- from inception to exit.

Richard brings an uncompromising commitment to executive well-being and health as a critical component of enduring success and fulfillment.

Richard lives with his wife and family in Chicago, where he enjoys open water swimming, guerilla gardening, and assisting his wife with tending to a flock of 7 (rescued) exotic birds. He’s also a veteran amateur athlete, having qualified and competed in the Boston Marathon and The Ironman World Championships in Hawaii.
